Cancellation Policy
Bounce House Fun Rentals Killeen Rental Terms Rentals are typically for up to 6 hours unless otherwise agreed upon. Additional hours are available for an extra fee. Overnight rentals are allowed with secure location approval. All rentals require a 50% deposit to reserve. Full payment due prior to delivery or at the time of setup. Delivery & Setup We deliver, set up, and secure all inflatable units. Delivery is free within a 150-mile radius of [Killeen, Texas]; additional mileage is subject to a fee. Please ensure a flat, clean space is ready upon arrival. Grass is preferred; hard surfaces may require extra padding. Adult supervision is required at all times when inflatables are in use. Safety Rules No shoes, food, drinks, sharp objects, or pets in the bounce houses. No flipping, wrestling, or climbing on the walls of the inflatable. Maximum capacity depends on the size of the unit; we will provide specific limits for each rental. In case of high winds (15+ mph), rain, or lightning, the unit must be deflated immediately. Weather Policy If severe weather is forecasted, customers may cancel or reschedule at no cost up to 24 hours prior to the event. If cancellation is due to weather on the day of the event, a credit will be issued for a future rental. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior will forfeit the deposit. No-shows or cancellations on the day of the event (non-weather-related) are non-refundable. Damage & Cleaning Fees Units are cleaned and sanitized after every use. Any excessive mess (food, gum, silly string, mud, etc.) is subject to a $50–$100 cleaning fee. Damage due to misuse, neglect, or failure to follow rules will result in repair/replacement charges. Insurance & Liability Bounce House Fun Rentals-Killeen is fully insured. We are not liable for injuries or accidents due to improper use or lack of supervision. A waiver must be signed prior to all rentals.
